Medical Plan

Available to all US associates - The Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota PPO offers the flexibility of a national network with low copayments for typical services. This medical plan is available to all US associates. The three levels offers additional opportunity to pick the plan with the payroll deductions and copayments that best fit your personal situation.
Minnesota residents can choose to be covered by the HealthPartners HMO. Like all HMO's, you must select either a primary care doctor or clinic. Unlike most HMOs, the HealthPartners option includes an out-of-network benefit.
If you are covered by other medical insurance, eFunds offers money back to you in the form of taxable income if you elect to waive your eFunds medical coverage. Click here for more information.

Waiver of Medical Benefits
If you waive medical coverage and wish to receive money back under the eFunds plan, you will be required to provide confirmation of existing coverage. Confirmation of existing coverage elsewhere must be sent to the Benefits Department on letterhead from the Company providing insurance or a copy of your current medical and/or dental card. This documentation must be received within 31 days of your hire date. If this documentation is not received by the previously mentioned deadline, you will forfeit your right to collect waiver premium.
